Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company data governance policies.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate marketing campaigns and operational hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data trends and forecast outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
