Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and testing procedures.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on weekend or shift-based reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
