Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance summaries for leadership
- Develop predictive models for sales forecasting and inventory optimization
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm)
