Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate complex datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the core analytics team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Document data processes and optimize ETL pipelines for efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects requiring weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong expertise in advanced Excel and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
