Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions during night shift hours
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, implementing immediate fixes for critical issues
- Collaborate with global teams via asynchronous communication tools during daylight hours
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for 24/7 operational environments
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create comprehensive documentation for night-specific procedures and incident responses
- Mentor junior engineers on night shift best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Java, Python, or C#
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
