Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Automate weekly reporting processes to save the team time and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on data anomalies and report findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
