Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and historical trends to provide actionable insights for weekend business operations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data storage and reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a retail or operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and at least one data visualization tool.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
