Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for the executive team and stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within the data to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
- Database Management: Optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval speeds and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and answer ad-hoc analytical questions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and ensure data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the standard shift.
