Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for weekly reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate accurate and timely weekly reports for executive leadership and department heads.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and process consistency.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on reporting or weekend batch processing.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
