Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct weekly trend analysis and generate comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify data anomalies and propose process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Assist in the development of statistical models to forecast business metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
