Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured, actionable formats using SQL and Python (Pandas).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, reporting scopes, and strategic goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for stakeholders and management.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python scripting.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery), and API integrations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
