Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to drive executive decision-making
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and optimize KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation practices
- Stay current with industry trends through monthly tech talks and quarterly innovation challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining proactive communication
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business impact
