Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into structured datasets using SQL, Python, or Excel.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Conduct trend analysis and forecasting to identify business opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize findings and present actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on reporting or database management.
- Proficiency in SQL (Strong knowledge of joins, subqueries, and window functions) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
