Responsibilities
- Perform complex data cleaning and validation on weekly datasets to ensure accuracy for executive reporting and financial forecasting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) specifically for weekend operations.
- Generate detailed weekly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders during our Friday strategy sessions.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the operational data.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to automate repetitive data entry tasks and improve query efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation and ensure strict compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a shift-based or weekend environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and complex data extraction.
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights.
