Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic planning.
- Report Generation: Produce weekly and monthly analytical reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R, and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
