- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Develop predictive models to support product optimization and customer segmentation
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with weekend shift flexibility
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data clearly
