Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators and business metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and experimental analysis to support data-driven product decisions
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business impact
