Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable business insights.
- Perform complex statistical modeling to forecast future performance and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership on weekend performance metrics.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific experience in weekend or shift-based analysis preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating or fixed schedule.
