Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare weekly performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols
- Support A/B testing initiatives for marketing campaigns
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
