Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive presentations
- Generate weekly performance reports and KPI dashboards for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to troubleshoot data anomalies
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline weekend reporting workflows
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
