Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly performance reports for client stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot anomalies in weekend data streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend business operations
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise documentation
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with healthcare or retail data preferred
