Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of complex data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and operations teams, to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to support product development and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
