Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across various business units.
- Data Modeling: Design and maintain complex data models to support business reporting and predictive analytics.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Forecasting: Develop statistical models to forecast market trends and customer behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Programming: Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and translate raw data into strategic narratives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
