Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Mine and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data and track KPIs in real-time.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to validate findings and provide predictive insights for future business scenarios.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection processes and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with data.
