Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by auditing data sources and cleaning data as necessary.
- Identify process improvements by analyzing data flows and recommending optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
