Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and trends.
- Create Visualizations: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to management and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
