Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to support product development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives and visualizations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Document methodologies and create reusable analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
