- Design A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise, data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python/R skills for data manipulation and statistical modeling
