Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and improve existing data models and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
