Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narrative reports
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects addressing urgent business questions and emerging trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
