Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within business data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Visualization: Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
