In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex datasets and actionable business intelligence. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and build scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase team efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong coding skills in Python or R with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience building data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
