As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will play a critical role in our decision-making processes, helping to drive strategy and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership to support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data efficiently from our relational databases.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose innovative solutions.
