Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform complex statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation to support data governance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing data flows and system efficiencies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
