Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate data integrity and ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Optimize data pipelines and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
