Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze massive datasets to uncover hidden trends and business opportunities.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast market trends and support executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data sources across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL for complex querying and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
