In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our data infrastructure, ensuring that our weekend operations are backed by accurate, actionable intelligence. You will work alongside top tech professionals to drive decision-making processes across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and optimize the ETL processes for weekend data ingestion.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets.
- Collaborate with the product team to refine data collection strategies.
Responsibilities
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform regression analysis and forecasting to predict business trends.
- Data Cleaning: Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving errors, missing values, and inconsistencies.
- Reporting: Deliver clear, concise weekly summaries to stakeholders highlighting critical insights.
- Automation: Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday).
