Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Monitor KPIs and develop predictive models to forecast market trends
- Document methodologies and best practices for data analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
