Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Build predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings through clear, concise dashboards and written reports
- Continuously improve data quality and automate reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to relocate to Sacramento area
