What You'll Do: Analyze sales trends, optimize operational efficiency, and create compelling visualizations that drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve strategic challenges using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market opportunities in Kansas and Ohio regions
- Develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web analytics)
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise data narratives
- Optimize inventory forecasting models for 500+ SKU catalog
- Support A/B testing initiatives for marketing campaigns
- Ensure data quality through automated validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (3+ years experience acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Proven experience with statistical modeling and regression analysis
- Strong business acumen in retail/manufacturing sectors preferred
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts
