Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Dive into large, unstructured data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to weekend business performance.
- Generate Weekly Reports: Create comprehensive, data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Management: Design, maintain, and update interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data trends effectively.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytical outputs.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the core operations team to solve complex business problems and optimize weekend workflows.
- SQL & Automation: Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to automate data retrieval processes and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
