Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reports to monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation of analysis processes
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide real-time insights for weekend operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
