Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
