Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Design A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and develop automated reporting systems
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
