Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven solutions for operational challenges
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy across departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis methods
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
