Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Processing: Collect, clean, and process large sets of data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize complex data sets.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to forecast business performance and suggest strategic improvements.
- Data Integrity: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure data quality and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Programming: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights.
