Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify trends and solve business problems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into business value.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
