Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation for the data team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
