Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data in an easily digestible format for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database structures and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and experience with ETL processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
