Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns in business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear written and verbal presentations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
